A WORTHWHILE INVESTMENT:

The Optimal Health Program may seem pricey at first glance; however, it's crucial to grasp two key points regarding the program's tuition.

First, at Kadima Center we prioritize people over profit. Nevertheless, we cannot control the expenses associated with our comprehensive preventative testing, which constitutes a significant portion of the fees.

Second, while we acknowledge the significant financial commitment required, there is no comparable program like this on the market, especially one that offers a money-back guarantee against succumbing to the primary cause of death and disability in our nation!

When weighed against the enormous costs linked to experiencing a heart attack or stroke, which can surpass hundreds of thousands of dollars (and without guaranteeing any health improvements), the investment in our Optimal Health Program becomes a wise and invaluable choice with lifelong benefits.

Introductory Advanced Work-up

For those not ready to commit to the full program, Kadima Center is now offering an introductory work-up with some of our premier advanced tests, ideal for individuals who want to learn more about their current health and identify any early signs of vascular dysfunction.

The Problem

The current medical system is focused more on SICK care than HEALTH care, but Kadima Center provides a solution for wellness-minded individuals. By providing cutting-edge testing with personalized treatment protocols, we focus on optimizing health (not just survival).

Fatty streaks can begin in the arteries in childhood and lead to plaque formation, gradually growing and becoming more complex as individuals age. However, the process of atherosclerosis begins long before symptoms appear, in most cases remaining undetected until a heart attack or stroke occurs. Early detection and prevention are key to managing plaque buildup to reduce the risk of cardiovascular events.

Who Should Get Tested?

We recommend this work-up for everyone over age 40, especially if you have a family history, or known risk factors for heart disease. These tests can identify vascular dysfunction in the earliest stages. Once this is known, personalized treatment protocols can be implemented to stabilize (and even reverse) the plaque. Individuals with an abnormal CIMT or CPET test would benefit from the full Optimal Health Program at Kadima Center. Implementing a lifestyle and medication regimen focused on improving vascular health is the primary way to prolong life and prevent most debilitating chronic diseases.

The cost for an introductory work-up is $1200. If after completing the tests, you decide to enroll in the Optimal Health Program at Kadima Center, this cost will be credited toward your annual tuition.

What’s Included?

CIMT (Carotid Intima Media Thickness): Assesses early arterial plaque and inflammation in the lining of the arteries, before it obstructs the blood flow.

CPET (Cardiopulmonary Exercise Test): Evaluates cardiac and respiratory function during exercise and measures your Vo2 max (the number one marker for overall health and longevity).

Body Composition Analysis: Measures fat (including visceral) and muscle mass, guiding nutrition goals such as optimal protein intake.
